What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. If you require faster delivery, we offer next day delivery via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked or Special Delivery. Please be aware that our delivery services are currently limited to the UK and Northern Ireland.

Are your products authentic?

We guarantee that all of our products are authentic. We take great care to source our products from reputable suppliers, so you can trust that every item you purchase from us is genuine.

We do not accept refunds. In the unlikely event that the shoes you receive are faulty or damaged, we will provide a refund for the cost of the shoes. Before processing any refunds, we will carefully inspect each pair to ensure that they meet our standards of quality.
